TMZ Sports has learned ... Mayweather is listed as the victim in a burglary report for a home he owns in a gated community next to a golf course.
Law enforcement sources tell us it appears someone forced a door open into the home office in the back of the house and stole several purses.
Other sources connected to the investigation tell us there is also at least 1 expensive watch unaccounted for ... and possibly other items missing.
Our law enforcement sources say cops have been in contact with Floyd's camp and the boxer has been instructed to take an inventory of his valuables.
Floyd was in L.A. for the past few days for his big 40th birthday mega-celebration with Justin Bieber, Mariah Carey and other famous friends.

Conor Kennedy Strikes Plea Deal for Aspen Arrest

Conor Kennedy Strikes Plea Deal for Aspen Arrest

Breaking News
0216-conor-kennedy-mug-shot-01Conor Kennedy pled guilty to a misdemeanor in his Aspen nightclub brawl, but he's going to dodge jail time IF he keeps his nose clean.
Conor -- son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Taylor Swift's ex -- had his lawyer enter the plea Wednesday, and the judge gave him a 6 month deferred sentence. That means the arrest will be scrubbed from his record if he stays out of trouble and abstains from booze and drugs over that period.
If not ... he could do time.
Conor was arrested Dec. 29 after getting into a fistfight outside Bootsy Bellows. He said the other guy had called his friend a homophobic slur.
RFK Jr. told People, which first reported the plea deal, he was proud of his son for standing up to bullies.

Vegas 'Cannabis Cup' Don't Pass the Dutchie! That Means You Too, Luda

0228-hightimes-no-weed-tmz-getty-02
President Trump's promise to get tough on marijuana is harshing the mellow at a famous cannabis festival in Las Vegas, which is suddenly abiding by federal laws -- meaning NO GETTING HIGH.
Organizers for this year's HIGH TIMES Cannabis Cup -- which kicks off in March -- tell us weed is NOT allowed at the event this year, and that goes for headliners Ludacris, Chief Keef and Cypress Hill's B-Real too.
Even though recreational weed is legal in Nevada, we're told the feds informed the Moapa Paiute Tribe -- who own the land where the event is going down -- that federal law prohibits transport, possession, use or distribution of marijuana.
The threat seems clear: We'll be watching. Plus, White House press secretary Sean Spicer recently said point-blank they'd be cracking down on weed.
HIGH TIMES reps say they're still expecting a great event, but want to comply to help the cannabis industry "continue to gain legitimacy and social acceptance."
Talk about a buzzkill.

Imagine being toldyou've won an Oscarthen having it takenaway? Poor JohnLegend's face says itall

Poor John Legend 's face says it all here.
The singer looks absolutely devastated after
finding out that La La Land hadn't actually won
Best Picture at the Oscars .
The All Of Me hitmaker joined his fellow stars,
including Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling, and
creatives behind the film on stage at the 89th
Academy Awards after the musical was
announced as the winner.
Hollywood legends Warren Beatty and Faye
Dunaway named La La Land, when it was
actually Moonlight which took the top prize
home.
It was a painfully awkward moment that will go
down in history as one of the biggest ever
Oscars gaffes - along with the time John
Travolta called Idina Menzel 'Adele Dazeem'
when introducing her on stage.
The 'winners' had begun making their emotional
acceptance speeches when it was announced
that there had been a mistake.
John, who played Keith in the film, can be seen
in the background when the news breaks,
looking pretty upset about it all.
John already has one Oscar in his collection,
after taking home the Best Original Song gong
for Glory - written with Common for the film
Selma - in 2014.
Watch the awkward moment below:
Beatty wasn't bullshitting. He was
desperately looking for another card. He
got handed the wrong envelope.

Female Boko Haram fighter killed in confrontation with security forces

The fight against insurgency in Nigeria has
yielded another success with the killing of
a female member of the once dreaded Boko
Haram.
The female Boko Haram was reportedly killed in
a confrontation with security forces
The sect was recently routed out of the
Sambisa forest, a vast area bordering
Borno state, the most affected with other
neighbouring states in the north-east.

Though the name of the female fighter
has not been made known at the time of
this report, it has brought to the fore a
new narrative.
Before this most recent incident, it was
believed that the Boko Haram sect
mainly used men as fighters while the
members victimized the womenfolk
using them as spies and lacing them
with improvised explosive devices for
detonation at spots.
This has continued even after the
Nigerian Army, with support from the
civilian-Joint Task Force (CJTF), led by
Muazu Alhaji Misiya, has decimated the
camp of the insurgents.
Misiya, who posted the photographs,
expressed shock that the fighter was
actually thought to be a man until she
was killed.

The Department of Homeland Security Says There Will Be No Mass Deportations

John Kelly, the secretary of homeland security, also said there won't be military involvement in deportations.
On Thursday, secretary of homeland
security John Kelly announced that the
Department of Homeland Security
wouldn't be conducting mass
deportations of undocumented
immigrants or using military force to
aid in deportations, according to the
Associated Press.
The announcement comes roughly one
week after the AP published the draft
of a Department of Homeland Security
proposal that called for 100,000
National Guard troops to assist in
deportation measures across 11 states.
Currently, immigration and border
control positions are held by civilians
instead of military branches.
The AP reported that Kelly said U.S.
immigration policy changes will be
done legally and with respect for
human rights. He made his remarks in
Mexico City, where he and secretary of
state Rex Tillerson are discussing U.S.–
Mexico relations with their Mexican
counterparts, according to ABC News .
Kelly also offered similar sentiments
on Wednesday in Guatemala, saying
that his department wouldn't be
conducting mass deportations of
undocumented immigrants but would
be trying to speed up the deportation
process. On Wednesday, a DHS official
told CNN, "We're not going to start
changing this today, it's not going to
start happening tomorrow," adding,
"You will not see folks rounded up or
anything of the sort."
However, Kelly's words seemed to
contradict those of President Donald
Trump, who on Thursday said that
deporting undocumented immigrants
was a "military operation," according
to Politico.
“You see what’s happening at the
border, all of the sudden for the first
time, we’re getting gang members out,
we’re getting drug lords out, we’re
getting really bad dudes out of this
country,” Trump explained during a
meeting with manufacturing CEOs,
Politico reported. “And at a rate that
nobody’s ever seen before, and they’re
the bad ones, and it’s a military
operation because that has been
allowed to come into our country. And
you see gang violence that you’ve read
about like never before, all of the
things, much of that is people that are
here illegally. And they’re rough and
they’re tough but they’re not tough like
our people.” During the same meeting,
Trump also complimented Kelly , saying
he had been "unbelievable at the
border."

Student of a renowned University In Nigeria At Large Over A Fraudulent Extortion With Ponzi Scheme As Camouflage

Ponzi Scheme is a fraudulent investment operation
where the operator, an individual or
organization, pays returns to its investors
from new capital paid to the operators by
new investors, rather than from profit earned
through legitimate sources. Operators of
Ponzi schemes usually entice new investors
by offering higher returns than other
investments, in the form of short-term returns
that are either abnormally high or unusually
consistent.
Ponzi schemes occasionally begin as
legitimate businesses, until the business fails
to achieve the returns expected. The business
becomes a Ponzi scheme if it then continues
under fraudulent terms. Whatever the initial
situation, the perpetuation of the high returns
requires an ever-increasing flow of money
from new investors to sustain the scheme.
The scheme is named after Charles Ponzi ,
who became notorious for using the technique
in 1920.
The alleged crash of MMM in Nigeria
affected every other Ponzi scheme in
Nigeria as people became skeptical
about investing in the other schemes.
Those who were about investing
reclined into their shells and held on to
their money as they were unsure if the
invested amounts will ever be recorded.

The recent news we have for your digest is of a Ponzi scheme owner (name withheld),an engineering student of a renowned higher institution in Nigeria being convicted of defrauding a large number of people a huge sum amounting to thirty million naira. The said fraudster is believed to be at large at the moment, and his bank account frozen. The site used for this fraudulent act is believed known as www.doublepay.com

YBNL Artistes Sometimes Help With My Ideas – Olamide

The YBNL boss, who spoke to Sunday Scoop,
revealed that his fear of failure has kept him
working harder than most.
The ‘Pepper Dem Gang’ crooner, opened up
about his love life saying:
“ I’ve actually been in a relationship for about 17
years now. As a matter of fact, she’s the most
important reason I am where I am today. Her
name is music.”
On what has been his driving force over the years,
he said,
“My major motivation comes from knowing that I
came from the bottom, and I don’t want to go
back there. I want to live a good life, and because
of that, my working life is a relentless grind. I
don’t want to go broke, and I don’t want anybody
to look down on me. I’m still on top of my game
because I don’t see myself as everything. I take
advice from my mum, manager, and label mates,
and they always help. They’re responsible for
some of my ideas. Some things that people see
and think is all about Baddo is actually their
brainwork.”
Speaking further, he said,
“I didn’t start out to be an average artiste, I
wanted to stand out. Right now, I’m living my
dreams. All I can say is that my life right now is a
dream come true. ”

Archbishop Okoh urges federal government to disarm Fulani herdsmen.

Okoh made the call, on Wednesday,
February 22 in Abeokuta, the Ogun
State capital, during his opening
address at the church’s standing
committee meeting comprising of
primates , archbishops, bishops and the
home of clergy and laity of the church.
He stated that it was unconstitutional
and discriminatory for some individuals
in the same country to bear arms freely,
while others cannot.

Okoh warned that if the situation was
not put under control, the herdsmen
would continue to perpetuate crimes
increasingly and threaten the peace of
the nation.
He decried the incessant killing by the
herdsmen especially in Southern
Kaduna lamenting the loss of lives and
wanton destruction of property.
Okoh also urged the federal government
to use all forces at its disposal to fight
the menace of kidnapping noting the
rising spate of kidnapping all over the
country was alarming and worrisome.
He however commended the
government for its concerted efforts
against terrorism, even as he appealed
to the government to sustain the
security in the region until terrorism is
totally eliminated.
In his remark, Ogun State governor,
Senator Ibikunle Amosun, identified
religious intolerance as one of the
hindrances of development urging
Nigerians to be more accommodating of
one another’s religious beliefs.
